Orders are processed during standard business hours at our Alexandria headquarters. We strive to fulfil a 30-day shipping guarantee for standard orders. Processing and transit times may vary according to destination, material type and vehicle scheduling.
3. Temperature-Controlled Transport
For materials requiring specific climate conditions, freeze-carrier partners provide continuous temperature monitoring during transit. Customers must ensure receiving facilities are prepared to handle and store temperature-sensitive deliveries immediately on arrival.
4. Delivery Terms and Risk
Shipping charges are calculated and provided through a custom quotation before dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to the receiving party once the ground-transport vehicle arrives at the designated delivery location.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays can occur due to severe weather, road conditions or third-party logistical constraints. We will notify you of significant changes to the expected delivery schedule.
