1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Eligible products may qualify for a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original delivery or purchase date.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Products must be in original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- Specialised industrial materials, temperature-sensitive chemicals or custom marine services may be exempt from standard returns. Refer to your contract or invoice for the applicable terms.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team using the phone number or email above to receive return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Approved physical items must be returned via secure ground transport to our Alexandria headquarters. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.
On request, we may arrange a courier collection directly from your location; the customer remains responsible for applicable collection costs.
